Twenty12flooring.com Ltd have aimed to produce images of products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that there may be a shade variation between your monitor and printer to the actual product.

To maintain your carpets appearance it is recommended that it is vacuumed at least three times a week to remove particles and dust. An upright vacuum with beater bar and brush is recommended for use with cut pile carpets. Suction type vacuum for loop piles.

Please note over time, regular foot traffic will flatten the pile surface in the main walkways, causing areas of different wear. These areas will appear lighter or shaded in comparison to the less frequently used parts. This shading / tracking or flattening happens to all carpets with a pile surface and as such is not accepted as the basis of a complaint.

Vinyl floor-coverings should not be laid on top of existing vinyl flooring or tiles. Areas over 15 square metres should be fully stuck down using a suitable adhesive

Care should be taken when cleaning wood or laminate flooring not to over wet. Excess water can cause damage to the flooring such as bubbling at the joints.

We recommend that you do NOT use cleaners or sprays that state ‘leaves your floor shiny or sparkly’ or containing any glossy agents on wood or laminate

We recommend you use a micro fibre mop cloth to apply suitable cleaner and use another fluffy mop cloth to buff off with wood and laminate

Dry any moisture on the wood or laminate flooring immediately especially if ‘V’ grooved joints are present.

Never clean your wood or laminate with abrasives, scouring powder or steel wool.

Never drag unprotected furniture or heavy items across your wood or laminate floor. Same with carpeted or vinyl floors as this can cause your carpet to move and tear your vinyl.

Not taking care of your floor as recommended by manufacturer could invalidate any warranty
